Returns and Refunds
Flowers and plants are natural, perishable products, each with different needs and lifespans. The utmost care and attention is taken by our florists to ensure that every item leaving our studio is in perfect condition.
We have provided detailed information on our Flower Care page to ensure your items last as long as possible. We cannot guarantee freshness or beauty for items that have not been properly cared for.
We must be notified within three (3) days of delivery for flowers and five (5) days of delivery for plants for any issues regarding your order.
Due to the perishable nature of our products, all items are non-exchangeable and non-refundable.
Change/Cancellation of Order
Cancellations of orders are not accepted. All orders placed are final.
If you wish to change your order, 72 hours notice (prior to delivery date) is required.
